Made with extra fine merino wool, it is slightly more twisted than the classic Piuma yarn. This ensures strength but at the same time intensified volume and works well knitted and crocheted with the bonus of it becoming more fuller and chunkier as it is worked. 
 
Composition: 100% extra fine merino wool
Length: about 60 metres per 200 g / 65.6 yards per 7 oz
 
Obtained thanks to a semi-artisan spinning process and, like all of the DHG yarns, it’s produced entirely in Italy and includes all the certifications found across their range, including Oeko-Tex standard 100 certified dyes and is done in their dyeinghouse which is GOTS (updated to the last version) and is GRS certified. The wool fiber that’s used is also mulesing-free.
